    Rewards Credits Not Converted


    Hi I have over 56,000 credits in the "pending" section of MyRewards. I received the credits as

    "pending" on Dec. 6th, so in terms of delay that should not be a problem. I was expecting to have my rewards converted on the Dec 15th, yet they have not been converted. Thanks for the help.

    Something doesn't seem right?

    There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

    XBOX REWARDS

    Do not see my xbox rewards converted to my Microsoft account. Im over 5000 credits but those credits have not been converted.

    Rewards Credits Not Converted

    Since they became pending on the 6th, they are scheduled for the deposit on the 29th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited
    at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
