Rewards Credits Not Converted to money

Ok, I've got over 50,000 credits that should have been deposited into my Microsoft account "around the 15th" according to my rewards page. Still in pending status. I'm getting the impression from other posts that I'm not the Lone Ranger. Has ANYBODY ever
actually GOTTEN the credits converted into cash??!!

My rewards credits are not being converted to currency

hi. I’m Daniel Lewis and my gamer tag is . I redeemed VIP gems for 10,000 rewards credits before March 15th but they have not been converted to money on my Xbox account. I know that your policy is that you will automatically deposit the
rewards credits into my account once the accumulated rewards credits reached over 5,000 and I have already done that so why has it not been converted into money yet. I plan on using these credit scores to get the FFXV royal pack and I want to redeem my rewards
credits for the dlc. Please respond to this.

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

 

I'm having the same problem, ordered on Nov 28th and it's 12/21 and still waiting.

 

Credits are scheduled to be deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next
month.

 

So if my 'Pending Credits' timeline shows that I received the Xbox One S upgrade bonus on the 6th, that means I shouldn't expect them to be converted into cash and deposited until the 30th?

 

Correct. The last deposit for this month is actually scheduled for the 29th. So you will receive them before the 30th.

 

Ok. Thanks for the clarification. I thought that the deposit date would be on the next 15th or 30th after accruing at least 5,000. I did not realize it was done in blocks like that, maybe MS should add some language to the rewards page that makes that clear
to users. At least now I can stop stressing over it and checking everyday lol. Thanks again Smwutches.

 

I have the same issue. I am trying to use the points to buy Battlefront which is on sale for "2 more days" which is the 29th. Will they come in before then?
