Rewards Credits Not Being Transferred

My problem today is that my credits failed to transfer into my account. I earned approximately 12,000 rewards credits. I was hoping these credits would be converted into local currency for me to use for V-Bucks on fortnite. Unfortunately, after nearly 2
weeks I have failed to see any deposit into my account. There is currently a harvesting tool in the shop on Fortnite that is time sensitive and is why I am reaching out. I spoke with a Xbox Support Rep earlier and he pointed me this way with the case number: 1421465304.
If the rewards could be deposited into my account ASAP I would really appreciate it because the harvesting tool is time sensitive.

Credits not added to microsoft account

Hi, my reward credits counter has been on 11.000 for over a month. Why aren't they being transferred to my M-account?

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved, although
this team has provided fixed deposit cycles on occasion. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
they are deposited by the 15th of the next month (which is scheduled for April 12). There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

 

Yet this isn't specified on the rewards site... you guys should really specify instead of giving peoples hopes up.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
