Rewards Credits not appearing in account

Hello Support,

I am having an issue whereby I purchased almost €200 of games during the Christmas 2016 period and no rewards credits are showing in my dashboard. The purchases clearly registered as I have moved up from a 1-star rating to a 2-star rating during the same period.

Please could you review and update my account with the relevant rewards credits.

Credits not deposited / no early deposit button?

My account is showing 30,000 XBL Rewards credits as of the 4th Jan 2017 but they weren't automatically deposited into my MS account on the 15th. I also don't have the button appearing to request an early deposit?

 

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for December purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
