Rewards credits have been pending since June 2016

We responded to your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/a9cfe74f-d760-413e-a962-ce7c9c84bf66). Since you recently hit the 5000 Credit amount, your
account will be scheduled for a deposit automatically, so the button to request a deposit will be removed from your page. The next deposit cycle is set to occur by the middle of the month.

Support responded to your other thread. Credits are automatically deposited once you have at least 5,000 pending. If you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000) you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited
on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?



If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

Since the program will be ending in your region, we will deposit your pending Credit by the end of June 2018. While we are aiming to have your pending Credit deposited by the time of the transition around the 15th, your pending Credits should appear around
the end of the month at the latest.

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

1. Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is 500,000.

Since your Credit amount last program year (July 2016 - June 2017) was above this amount, you were not earning Credits recently. Since the program year just refreshed, you should start seeing Credits again for your purchases.

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.
