Rewards Credits Deposit Date

Normally can you deposit rewards credits automatically into currency once you reach 5,000 on the 15th or 30th. On the XboxLive website it says you can also choose to deposit those reards credits instantly and get them sooner into your account once you reach
1,000. My question is: Is this a lie? For it seems no matter what you do it will only deposit into your account on the 15th or 30th. If so then the Microsoft XboxLive website is straight up lying. Any confirmation on this? I've even asked this questing
to Xbox support techs and community ambassadors and my response was the same "On the 15th and 30th." You know how that goes. Most the time they are robots or just desk jockeys who have no idea how Xbox really works they're just reading a script.

There is no way to deposit Rewards Credits outside of the scheduled deposit dates.

I also haven't received any credits for anything else. Last date of rewards deposit was 01/28/2015

 

Yes and no. Credits are automatically scheduled to be deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. You can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits in order to have them deposited
before needing to have 5,000 pending first, but they are never deposited instantly. They would just be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request. Either way, deposits are only ever made around the 15th and 30th
of the month. There is no way to have them deposited at any other time and nowhere on the Rewards site does it say you can have them deposited instantly.

Xbox support does not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. This is from the program's FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits?



Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity
of 5,000 is reached.

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page.
Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date.
Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.
