Rewards credits balance

As of 12/6/16 I had 51,500 rewards credits in my account. From what I understand they should have been converted and deposited into my account on 12/15. It's 12/19 and I still haven't received the converted funds. When will I get them?

What's going on ?

I have recently used 250 VIP gems to get the 5000 rewards credits and they haven't appeared on the pending credits, my reward credits balance nor my Microsoft balance. It's been 2 days and when will I receive my credits?

xbox rewards wont deposit

on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th.

on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward credit, its still wont show up in reward balance and still those 5500 credits havent been deposited.

The credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to
5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

No. Rewards credits can only be deposited into your Microsoft account balance.

To use the currency on your account, you would use your Microsoft account balance as your payment option. If the Rewards site shows you had a deposit, but you see $0 when you try to make a purchase, double check your account at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure all of your information is correct. If you still don't see it in your balance, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the Us/Canada

PBR9039 - Fixed.

I have both an Xbox One and Xbox 360. I tried to use the MS credit on my Xbox One repeatedly and got this error. I then purchased something on the Xbox 360 and was able to use the credit. I used all of the credit balance and then paid for the rest with my
credit card. The credit balance is now zero on both consoles so I am back to using only my credit card for purchases. I'm guessing that when you get reward credits, Xbox somehow distinguishes between reward credits for the Xbox 360 and reward credits for the
Xbox One. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.
