Rewards Credits and Rebate not being deposited

Hello, I was just checking through the rewards website and I have not received any rebate at all recently nor have my earned credits been deposited in my account. I have 6950 credits at the moment and have had over 5000 since the beginning of the month.
I was expecting them to be deposited the 15th . One more question does the rebate get added to credits now as my VIP status was reset and I had to start again for some reason. Thanks

not received VIP rewards for april

I spent a significant sum on live in april and should receive a 10% rebate however my last entry shows: 12/04/17 - Rewards Deposited - 23,000 Credits. My rebate is always deposited between the 8th-15th of each month - it is now the 16th May yet I have received
nothing - what is going on?

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

Support will double check your VIP issues, but because of tracking issues, September's rebate has been delayed and should show as pending by the end of the month.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So your credits would be scheduled for deposit on 27th.

I can confirm Smwutches response. Your September payback was actually only recently added. There was an issue with MyVIP that required us to delay payback for September until today. Your MyVIP was not reset; there was an error with calculations. Apologies
for the confusion.

Support will check into the VIP rebates, keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and any content that counts towards another offer on the site will not count towards your rebate. But as far as the credits, when you redeem rewards

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. The program now gives rewards credits which are deposited into your account as currency. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site.

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases. So it would still be too soon to see the site update.

Any credits you've already earned are listed on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. Where you see your current pending credits, you can change your statement to show you your deposited credits and your lifetime credits earned (all credits pending
and deposited). The statement will list what the credits are from and when they were deposited. VIP Rebates would be listed on the last date of the month they are for. Once credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance.
