rewards credit when?

I got 6,250 credits that should have been paid out to me on the 25th. they are still showing as pending with no button showing now on the page.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

that's what I mean. I had 6250 points with a button that said they would be paid out by that deadline. for some reason they are still pending.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
for a deposit. You would have had to click the request button in order to get some of the credits deposited earlier. It sounds like you didn't get to 5,000 until after January 15 so they would be scheduled for deposit by mid-February.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit with your Credits pending on the 18th of last month, they
will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month.
