Discus and support Rewards credit not being deposited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; The MyRewards page is prompting me with "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!".     The MyRewards page is prompting me with "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!". However, my profile has all of the required fields filled.

    My Account Status also has the following message on the MyRewards page.

    Temporary Delay in Deposits
    Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach out
    to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way.

    Rewards not being deposited

    My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

    Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

    We responded to your post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/C2611058-8441-4E09-ADB6-80609C1A212A). At this current time, we have not been provided with a resolution
    by our other team. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve this error with our support tools, and must rely on a solution from our other team.

    Hello TotemicCupid84,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hello junglelion,

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not scheduled. In the future, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000
    or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit events that pushed you over the 5000 pending Credit amount happened on the 9th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since your spending from September 2015-December 2016 did not meet any MyVIP thresholds, you were placed at the default level.
