Rewards credit has not been being deposited in my account.

We only deposit twice a month, once during the middle of the month, and again at the end of the month. Since you requested your deposit after the end of month deposit had been processed, your deposit will be a part of next months mid-month deposit.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. There is a drop down menu that you can use to change from viewing your current pending Credits to your lifetime Credit events. You can then use the
dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your previous
deposit on April 12th was used in a Dark Souls 2 purchase on April 30th.

Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit due to being over 5000 Credits, there is no need for you to request an early deposit, so that button has been removed. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:





I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Rewards credits are automatically deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Or if you have at least 1,000 pending, but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards
section of the rewards site and they will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

but it says that the rewards are automatically put into the account and i got a lifetime saving of 11.000+ and nothing has been put into my account

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

· Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account

· Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.

· Previous Month: Activity over the past month

· Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months

· Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.

You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

You can also confirm these deposits as usable currency in your Microsoft Account from the commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. As shown on your statement, all those Credits have been deposited, with the last being deposited in September 2016. Keep in mind that promotional currency expires one year after being placed into
a Microsoft Account.
