Rewards Credit For Destiny 2 Digital Purchase

I purchased Destiny 2 through the Microsoft Store but I have not seen any Rewards credits for my purchase.

Below are the details of my pre-order.

No rewards credits despite recent purchases

I purchased Season 7 game of thrones. I chose to purchase this from Microsoft because of the 5,000 reward credits that were promised. They don’t even show up in my “pending rewards”

I also pre-ordered destiny 2. Where are my rewards credit for that purchase too????

I still haven't received any purchase credits

From previous purchases (recore, fortnite a nd destiny 2) I have never received any rewards credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you did not complete any offers, and this purchase was not eligible for MyVIP, it did not award Credits. While it awarded one punch on a previous Games on Demand offer, that offer requires three punches to complete.

The only way to earn Credits for a pre-order of Destiny 2 is from the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible games to complete for 15,000 Credits. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards Destiny 2 punchcard, Microsoft Rewards is a separate
program from Xbox Live Rewards, and we cannot assist with their offers. You would have to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards website for assistance.

There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.

There were no offers to receive credits just for Destiny 2. If you preordered it on or after July 1, it would have counted towards your games on demand punchcard and you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

I'm talking about myVIP cash back rewards.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since your purchase was made on the 7th, it is too early to see Credits for that purchase.

Regarding your Destiny 2 purchase, the only offer that would have been eligible for is the last Games on Demand offer. However, that offer requires three eligible pre-order purchases to complete. Since you only had one purchase, you did not complete that
offer.
