    Rewards Credit Not Converted into Cash

    Hello,

    As shown in the screenshot below I have pending credits that haven't been converted into cash and deposited in my Microsoft Account yet, when will that happen? Some are almost a year old. I've requested them to be deposited several times but they haven't?
    Can anyone help me please? It would be much appreciated, thankyou.

    As stated in your previous post (Deposit Credit), there may be a slight delay in your deposit. We see that
    you received this deposit on the 16th.

    Gamerscore has no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash. Neither the Xbox or Microsoft Rewards programs offer that option. There have been a couple of promotions run by Xbox in a couple of countries to convert it cash, but there are currently no

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not automatically scheduled. Furthermore, we only deposit twice a month, during the middle and end of the month. Since
    you only requested your deposit on the 14th of this month, it was not made in time to be included in the mid-month deposit, and will therefore be a part of the end of month deposit.

    Xbox 50000 reward not received

    Same thing happened to me, you have to wait around 15 days, give or take a few. Therefore you probably won't see the rewards converted into cash until the 30th.
