Rewards codes are invalid on xbox 360

I got codes (sent on my e-mail-address) from Rewards program and it's not said nowhere that the codes will only work for Xbox One. So I type them from my Xbox 360, but it says "code invalid".

RB3 HMV Pre-order code. Was given a PS3 one instead of 360 one?

On the back of the voucer it has the playstation logo, playstation network logo, nothing to do with Xbox at all.
The code is 3 strings of 4 codes, and I've tried the code but it says it's invalid.

Are these codes from the Microsoft Rewards program or the Xbox Rewards program? For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

The Bing rewards program is pretty awesome. I just got 100 MSP from the today. You earn rewards points and can use them to buy things. I've gotten MSPs, a Starbucks gift and subscription codes.

Sometimes the codes do come as invalid... techincally, its a Bing thing, so if a code shows up as invalid, you'll need to contact them.

Code invalid is what i got, no if a code says invalid via 360/x1 console then it stands to reason that trying it by PC to xbox website will produce the same result. Besides, i have no 100% working PC and rely on my consoles to connect to the web.

If I'm not mistaken, the Diablo IV Season Pass codes that are obtained through Microsoft Rewards should not be redeemed from the Microsoft or Xbox platform, but rather they must be redeemed from Battle.net and that is probably why the code has less characters.

Please check if the email where you received the code indicates where it should be redeemed.
