    Rewards claim - Credits


    Trying to claim 2x5000 credits as I have 749 gems and would like to have the 10000 points, however it's just crashing and telling me to contact support.

    First it does this screen for an age:

    Quite annoying and obviously not helpful.

    Unable to claim 10000 reward credits

    as the tootle says can’t claim 10000 reward credits, tried twice.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a large amount of users claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. Our web tam is currently working on resolving this issue. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly.

    It's a scam. There's no "stock," they just only gave the rewards credits to the first dozen or so people to try to claim them.

    Hello HearingSole,

    From the FAQ:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?



    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours.

    Since it has been less than 96 hours since that item became available in the vault, it is too soon to see them as pending.
