Rewards cards not tracking progress

Hello I just bought some of the recommended movies that can unlock 4000 points when you spend $40 and its not showing progress also the same for the rent or buy 3 movies at $4 or more as well. Is there a way to get it to update so I can see my progress?
I've tried shutting the app and opening it yet it still isn't working.
