Rewards: Buy an XB1 S for 50.000 bonus points...

Hi there,

I recently bought an XB1 S because of the new Xbox Live Rewards mission. I used the code that was on my rewards website during checkout and alteady have the console. Sadly I cannot see those points on my rewards website, nor can I find the used promotion
code on the invoice or the Microsoft store website. Can someone please check and make sure that I get my promissed points? Thx!

i have use the promo, with buy a Xbox one s, and get 50.000 points,

Now I have bought the console on Microsoftstore, and wait until the 15 days, so what goes wrong and how get I the point ,

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance.

The promo code is just to offset the price of shipping and will not reference the credits.
