Rewards Bug?

I've been a rewards member since 2013 but my points total has never gone up since then. I always purchase a year of Gold at a time, purchase items from the store, including full games but I STILL haven't even attained my first Star. Help?

It's gotten more annoying since a friend signed up a few months ago and almost instantly received a promotional Overwatch controller, while I've dumped a lot of time and cash into my account and don't seem to be getting anything back.

Score Streaks

I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

 

Controller chargers?

Received mine today not bad for 70p*!

*I had £9.30 in reward points.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Keep in
mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. VIP ranks also reset each year so that could also be why your star level is low (support will check on that).

Also, as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since the Overwatch offer was a sweepstakes contest, winners were chosen at random. Again, please note that game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, so purchases like Overwatch Loot Boxes or miscellaneous in-game currency like Star Trek Online Zen are
not eligible for MyVIP.
