    Hello Xbox rewards.

    My name is Richard, I am contacting on behalf of my account I have been a long standing customer since 2011, I have previously had a lot of reward points on my account and I have seen no funds credited to my account, I am unsure if this is due to a technical
    issue or if I am doing something wrong, I have spend a lot of funds with you guys over the years and I would appreciated if there was some kind of compensation available or if you are able to back track my funds that should have been credited.

    Okay, so I don't know if the Birthday Rewards have been suspended or Not? My birthday is August 12th and I was wondering if I will still get my birthday reward. Please respond back.-

    Hello SoBBiN x PeaNut,

    If by "seen no funds credited to my account", you are asking about recent Credits being added to your account, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We see that you have had multiple successful deposits on your account. You can review all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if viewed by lifetime events. You can also confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce
    page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount (since we are adding funds to your account).
