Rewards aren't coming.

hey everyone,

Since the xbox live Rewards program is closing, I've used m'y VIP points to order 2 5 € cards to order things on the store.

It's been two weekes and nothing has came on m'y account .

Hello FEARTHISHOTMAMA,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

my rewards aren't appearing

I made multiple purchases on 02/05/2017. I bought 2 games totaling $48.07. The credits/purchase didn't appear under my xbox live rewards account. Also I didn't get my vip star rank cash back on the 30th. I don't know why my rewards are posting. Please
fix this.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

We have not awarded Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals since July 2014; if you still see this offer being promoted somewhere, let us know, but since you registered in December of 2016, this should not have been promoted anywhere. MyVIP has a recalibration

Furthermore, there has only been one physical disc offer since you have registered as a Rewards member, and that is the Ghost Recon Wildlands offer that began yesterday. Also, all our physical disc offers require a purchase from MicrosoftStore.com. We do
not track purchases from physical retail locations.

Sometimes it takes a while for the app to catch up with the unlocked achievements so they might be delayed but will eventually count towards the rewards.
