Rewards App proof of achievements

I have been having some problems with the MS Rewards App. I have had some replies but still have some things that need sorting. To this end, I have been trying to upload screenshots to back my claims, but each one is coming back as undelivered.

I would like someone to explain how to upload several screenshots that will help prove that I have been wronged by Microsoft. How can I get my proof to them?

Your achievement has a 'date of unlock' so it can be tracked and proof is there but i'm unsure if rewards are retrospectively awarded after a cut off.

I like the program there is already in the rewards app and reward for the achievements of various games with virtual money

when my achievements are not registering in the rewards app, I have noticed that, if you log into the reward app before you open the game you are going to play to get the achievement; it will register when you receive the achievement..

I make it a habit now to always login the reward at first before I start playing and it always works when I do so..
