Rewards app on Xbox Series X

Same problem with the Microsoft Rewards app. There is no picture. Just a grey square that won't load. Xbox series X

I have same problem since changing to befibre ip

Got 2 series x and 1 one x all of them won't acess the rewards app since changing

Done all sorts to fix including conversations with befibre my ip address is showing uk

My brother took my series x to his house connected it to his virgin ip and loaded up the rewards app straight away

It can only be the connection between my xbox and befibre and it is believed that the only fix is for it to be a static ip address but at a cost

On XBOX Series X the Microsoft Rewards app hangs and when it does open minutes later, and you click on the weekly it gives an "oops, looks like something went wrong service unavailable" error with only an exit

Hello Plastic, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Rewards program.

I'm afraid no one here could help with that though. I would like to recommend filling out this form https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ... and submit it. The Rewards Support Team will then get in touch with you.

In the meantime, I was having trouble with my app this morning as well. Although it didn't help with some of the rewards not working I found that deleting the app, restarting the console then redownloading it helped with load issues.
