Rewards App not working

Confirmed. I'm experiencing similar problems for several days in a row, especially with the 50 points rewards not registering achievements correctly. My week streak (almost at 7) got reset last week due to synchronization problems with regards to Bing searches on my mobile device, half of the searches weren't even registering. It was somewhat upsetting because I really wanted to reach that 500 points bonus in this otherwise magnificent Xbox ecosystem (a newcomer and generally content customer, except for the aforementioned errors). Please do some in-depth scrutiny on your servers and resolve this issue as quick as possible.

Is this happening only when you try to open the rewards app? Any other app or game is working as usual?

If that's the case. Could you try sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way temporarily?

This helps to isolate a bit more the issue.

If the issue persists, please try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.

When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(Use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary if the previous DNS address doesn't work)

The app (XBox One) only started acting up today but I wasn't using it yesterday so it could have started earlier. As others, slow to load or never loading, "oops, something went wrong, try again" error message, etc. I got it to load completely, once, after a restart, but clicking anything in the menu just resulted in a slow load and fail to "oops, ... " error message again. The report above about it loading a historical page is maybe promising in that it might show they're working on it. I hope so. None of the "fixes" are helping, because as someone noted it's not a console local problem but a MS side issue.

As for the 50 point achievement bonus, yeah, that has long been an issue. That and counting achievements often don't show in the weekly but the step will usually click to complete once you get the three required. I find the 50 point bonus will only somewhat reliably count if the achievement and clicking it are done during the day and almost never if tried anywhere within a couple hours of midnight (local MST). Some "daily" reset malfunction I imagine, servers cycling or some nonsense.

EDIT : Update - as of now (afternoon 8/16) it seems to be back to working normally for me.
