Rewards app not working on xbox home screen

What has happened to the i in Microsoft here? Lol. And why isn't the content refreshing? Been like this over a week now. Hard reset didn't fix. Got to go the long way round to reach content. Anyone else getting this?

Have you tried to uninstall it then reinstall, to see if that helps . 🤔

When that happens to me I quit the app and usually have to try 3 or 4 times to get it to work.

Ok..If your Xbox Status in your country are OK, just restart or reinstall app.

I woiuld just restart my machine and see if that does something. Also check with xbox status to see if any issues are going on with awards etc https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

have you installed the Rewards app on your Xbox?

if you have, start the Rewards app and there should be a button under
Weekly Set to Show All Quests.

or from the Xbox Home Screen, press RB once to go to the
Game Pass tab and Quests should be there as well.
