Rewards App not registering completed tasks

I've completed the 'November Round Up' objectives in full to receive 2,000 points. However on Task#4 to complete Top Ten I have activated the punch card and completed an achievement for one of the top ten games. In the individual card it both shows as completed but on the November card it doesn't show as being completed and I can't claim my 2,000 points and sweepstakes.

I've tried a hard reboot of my Series S and still doesn't resolve it. Can anyone help me out with this please? I have spent hours trying to contact Xbox Support and unable to get a callback or a live chat advisor and pretty desperate now - thanks guys

Hi, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application and it still won't work - is there someone at Microsoft I can speak with to claim my rewards please? I have exhausted all options mate and spent over 4 hrs today trying to contact xbox via online chat, phone and virtual agent and I'm unable to get anyone to help - if you can support me in anyway it would be hugely appreciated. The 2000 points I'm getting are needed for a game that is in the sale that ends tomorrow so I'm desperate to get sorted ASAP.

Have you tried to fill out that form I sent you? It is for contacting the rewards team directly. They could check what happened.
