Rewards app not registering any activities.

Any advice for someone who doesn’t have the punchcard in their Microsoft rewards app? I can’t find it to activate it

This is the 1st time I have logged into the app via my work vpn as the rewards are not dropping when I use the app at home which is the UK and where my account is registered and the uk region is selected.

I thought to try the app during my lunch break to see if the reward had dropped as it has been delayed in the past which is when I noticed the difference in rewards.

I have never had or intended to use the app via a vpn I just find it curious why other regions can earn 105 points for the same activities that only reward 40 points in the uk.

Hi, I know that some activities for this promotion will take up to 48 hours to track. In my experience and in the experience of a few other users I've seen post here, they will occasionally take longer. I'd recommend the following:

-If applicable and if possible, try completing the activity on both the Microsoft Rewards app on the Xbox console and another device.

-If the activities haven't registered for a few days, you could consider contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support directly at

As mentioned previously, you registered into the Rewards program on April 27th, 2013, then chose to opt out of the program on November 17th, 2013. Since you were no longer a Rewards member, you were not eligible for any Rewards Credits. We can only Reward
activity done while in the program. We see that your recent re-enrollment on the 20th was successful, and you are now a member again.

when my achievements are not registering in the rewards app, I have noticed that, if you log into the reward app before you open the game you are going to play to get the achievement; it will register when you receive the achievement..

I make it a habit now to always login the reward at first before I start playing and it always works when I do so..
