    Hello

    I just preordered XBOX One X and signed up for rewards, however it does not look like I received reward points for the preorder. Can I please have those reward points applied? What information do you need from me?

    Pre-Order Digital Versions?

    Can't order disc and ask for digital later. Sony doesn't even do that.

    If you preorder a disc you are getting a disc. You can sign up for xbox live rewards through xbox.com with your xbox live profile (you can create one before owning an xbox, and not have gold or anything either) and then setup your rewards profile.

    When you preorder digital games that offer 10$ credit to your account for preordering, just have to use the same email you used with your rewards account.

    Sounds complicated but it's not. You can get your games and get some rewards for the preorder, including the credit for more digital games / dlc.

    Missing Reward Points

    There have not been any offers to receive credits for purchasing preordering an Xbox One X. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would nee to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox
    Rewards program.

    How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
    a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.

    It's been like this for ages. I pre ordered my Xbox Scorpio of the freakin Microsoft store itself via the Xbox rewards program link when it was on, and I still go no freakin rewards.
    There were no offers to receive credits for preordering an Xbox One X. There generally are no offers to receive credits for hardware.
