Rewards and VIP

I purchased a game back on June 6th as well as two over the past weekend July 2nd and 3rd and still nothing showing as either pending or credited. All are eligible content. I am planning top purchase more this week however I want to make sure everything
is accounted for.

p.s Actually looking back further my earlier purchases on Jan 21st and 24th we also not applied.

I didn't get any Credits

I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update i

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP (or this month's), so it is too early to see the Credits pending for June or July purchases. Additionally, we are currently experiencing a small delay in our purchase data for July, so
you may not see MyVIP progress for your purchases in July within our usual 96 hour processing time. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this delay.
