    Rewards AND support are BROKEN


    Opened my Xbox Rewards app this morning and the weekly set is saying I missed a set (last weeks) thing is I completed last weeks set because my weekly set counter on the 2000 bonus point scratchcard is sitting at 1 of 2 so the rewards app has taken it upon itself to break my weekly streak!. My daily streak was broken last week when no searches or punchcards worked on the Bing app and despite sending TWO tickets for the issue to support I am STILL waiting for an acknowledgement email. It seems to me like Microsoft are giving up on their customers because it can't take over a week for a computer to send out an auto reply to let you know that your support ticket has been received

    I'm afraid you wouldn't get one for submitting to the Rewards Support team. But send one anyway please. It might take a bit but they may be able to fix it for you.

    Hello carlhelps, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Rewards program.

    I'm afraid we would be unable to help with that here though. I would like to recommend filling out this form https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ... and submit it. The Rewards Support Team will then get in touch with you.

    If you have already sent one in then please be patient. A while back I had a similar issue with one of the quests and I had not gotten credit for it. It took a couple of weeks before they'd gotten back to me with the credited points.

    I'm not sure whether it's worth wasting my time putting a ticket into support because as I've said I've put 2 tickets in for my broken daily set streak and I haven't had an auto response to acknowledge my support request! It's making the impression that Microsoft regrets the rewards scheme and is looking at ways to get rid even stronger in my mind!
