Rewards and gold games licenses not showing up.

The Rewards program does not sent out games. If these were from Games with Gold or another promotion, you would want to post in the Sales and Promotions offer for assistance.

You can check what games an account has the license for by signing into your account at account.xbox.com and clicking on the my games link at the top this will bring up a page that will show you the games that account has a license for (including games with
gold) it will not show 360 games though.

So you may want to check there to see if it is showing up there.

You may also want to check your order history at account.microsoft.com and make sure you were not refunded for a game for some reason or another.

the old licenses won't appear unless you are signed in the acount that had it

There is no rewards program like you described nor was they ever offered

Games aren't removed unless the publisher revokes the licenses

However those games are still in print

I still have the original Xbox 360 games licenses

Xbox rewards doesn't offer any free games

Xbox games with gold or sometimes ms does offer a free arcade game

Separate from games with gold none of thme are the ones you described the last one was thief

So you are going to have to track down who had access to your console

Oh now it is showing as gold here - You should be able to sign up for rewards now if the account was not before

Also if you have an Xbox 360 or access to one you can get the Games with Gold from the Xbox 360 console and the license will show up in your Ready to Install on Xbox One.
