Discus and support Rewards acct in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Unable to access my rewards acct. Anyone else? ETA on a resolution?     Unable to access my rewards acct. Anyone else? ETA on a resolution?

    Also states that its a problem on theirend, ongoing issue of mine for over 48hrs now. Have emailed them with no response.

    Very frustrating.

    You can leave the family at anytime, and if your acct has a DOB of 18+ you will be an adult acct.

    If you are a child acct, you will have to have an adult (parental acct) attached to you UNTIL the DOB reaches 18+ AND the parent promotes you to an adult acct.

    Ok, so if i move XBOX LIVE acct 1 from MS acct A to B, and then connect Xbox Live acct 2 to MS acct A, will that be ok? Ill have access to that balance and whatnot?

    Since the backward compatibility update I can not access my main account on the Xbox one

    sounds like acct ban to me. som ppl with banned accts would get their xbox locked out :(

    ofc not that i kno anything about that :p but if your 360 wont validate your acct go to your acct settings and check if xbox team might hav "accidently" taken action to disable your acct
