Rewards Account Transfer

Rewards Issue

With regards to the above case, which I raised previously due to a mismatch on my xbox rewards account after switching region from UK to US.

I can confirm that I have followed the steps provided and my xbox rewards account has now been restarted using my US region. If possible, as per the comments on the previous case, can my historical pending credits be transferred over and any VIP stars I
may have missed out on due to the issue.

Please fix my account and billing info

My account is showing 36000 rewards points as i get 15000 reward points in this month. So please fix my account billing information or transfer my reward points to my new account whose gamertag is "AKM2OO9". Please fix my account or transfer it to my new
account "Gamertag is AKM2OO9".

Hello BigBawz Taylor,

We can confirm your regions are now matching, and have begun the transfer process. You should see the Credits shortly. However, as mentioned in your previous post, we cannot recover any other progress. Additionally, your purchases would not have been eligible
for Rewards as they were not purchased in your Rewards region at that time.

The Xbox Rewards program does offer a reward......... and again YES OP, Your account will transfer to the new console.

Sorry, but no. Rewards are only added to the account that is signed up. There is no way to transfer them to another account.

We cannot transfer Rewards Credits between accounts.

We see that your account is now registered as a Taiwanese Rewards Account, and will reward purchases made with TWD. We will transfer any old pending Credits from your previous Rewards account, and you should see those shortly.

Sorry, nothing can be transferred between accounts, apart from Microsoft Rewards Points.
