Rewards account suspension

I have a suspension on my rewards account and I have not been able to get a definative answer from support to why.

I believe it may be the • Opening more than one (1) user account per individual;

I did have a different microsoft account during my undergrad that is linked to my name, address, etc.

I dont want to lose all of my games and content but I want the rewards to be active.

any help is appreciated, TIA

Unfortunately, there is no option to contact them through phone or personal message.

"Some of the common reasons why your rewards account may be banned include a breach of the Microsoft Services Agreement or the use of a VPN. When you violate the terms, like creating Microsoft rewards alt accounts using multiple emails, your account gets suspended.

The best way to unsuspend your account is to submit a ticket with Microsoft Rewards Team as they have access to your account: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Complete the form for Microsoft Rewards Support and a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours."

Just want to set your expectations that a reply from Microsoft Rewards Support may take weeks due to the high volume of tickets they receive every day.

Unfortunately, only the Enforcement Team can give you the answers you're looking for, have you gone to the Enforcement website? Also, sometimes we receive emails detailing the suspension/ban!

The Enforcement Team handles issues with the Microsoft Rewards program?

The enforcement team doesn't handle Rewards program suspensions. You would have to try contacting Rewards support through the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
