Rewards Account Suspended without cause

Has anyone else here had their account cancelled and not provided a reason?

On 11/26/19, I tried to claim the free month of Game Pass Ultimate and the next day my account was suspended and eventually cancelled. I have contacted customer service, rewards and finally sent the notice of dispute. My most recent response from Microsoft
was that they dont have to disclose the reason for this. I have not violated any of the terms of service yet I have been suspended. Apparently, they can cancel your account without cause and then violate their own terms and Microsoft can refuse to allow you
to spend the remaining points within 90 days which is written out in their own terms.

Has anyone else had this experience or should I be worried about my Account?

Honestly, at this point I feel duped and Microsoft took me for a ride to gather information, sell/use it for gain and then discard me when they got what they wanted.
