Rewarded FREE expedited shipping not valid on BLUE GOW4 bundle @ microsoftstore.com

Hello. My day one console bricked after the latest preview build (November 4, 2016) as referenced

...and I saw that Xbox Live Rewards was offering FREE expedited shipping on the purchase of an Xbox One S from microsoftstore.com. I spent 30 minutes by myself and with MS chat only to find out that the only shipping option for the Blue Gears of War 4 Xbox
One S bundle is standard shipping.

The excuse given by the support agent was that since this Blue console is limited in quantity they cannot ship Overnight or Expedited.

It is extremely bizarre that limited quantities of a product somehow being prevent it from getting shipped overnight or 2 day delivery versus ground once the order has entered processing/fulfillment.

This is something that should be stated on the product page and rewards promotion page or addressed by allowing it to be shipped faster since the only terms on the promotion is that it's a new console purchase of the S, that you haven't purchased an S before
and that it's not a pre-ordered console and is in stock. Even people not using this coupon code would likely want to be able to ship the console faster than standard/ground shipping.

The Blue Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle does not appear to fall outside of those terms.

MicrosoftStore.com Free Expedited Shipping Code Isn't Working

Hi, I am trying to purchase a new Xbox One S at MicrosoftStore.com from the "More than just good-looking" emails sent out this morning. The free expedited shipping code included in my email does not work, and MicrosoftStore.com support said that I needed
to contact Xbox Live Rewards support instead.

The console I am trying to buy is the Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Special Edition Bundle (1TB) which is eligible for the promotion, as it has already been released and is readily available. The offer states:

"To get free expedited shipping, you must enter the provided code at checkout and order a console that has already released."

 

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

i bought the the gears of war 4 bundle on Nov. 16th, i received the bundle and haven't got the 50,000 reward credits. When will i get the reward credits. I have an Xbox one, i bought the Xbox one s cause on my missions on Xbox live rewards if i buy one,
ill get 50,000 reward credits, free game, and expedited shipping if i bought one on Microsoftstore.com.
