Reward status still not updated

    Gold member status still not updated on rewards.

    We have still not resolved this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once this issue has been resolved, your account will correctly reflect your Gold Status.

    Hello dreday84,

    As mentioned in your last post at (Account needs updating?), we are not the ones updating your account. Your constant
    region changes caused your deposit to fail. Since it takes 96 hours to process updated information, please make sure your Microsoft Account region is correctly set to the same region of your Rewards Account (US) 96 hours before the next deposit date.
