Discus and support Reward star boost in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I have a problem with the reward star boost, I buy games, but I haven't my star .. What can i do to solve it ?     Hi, I have a problem with the reward star boost, I buy games, but I haven't my star ..

    What can i do to solve it ?

    Something Went Wrong

    Looks that some of the rewards are broken. I was able to claim the Star Trek Online XP booster, but was unable to get the Neverwinter Booster. Both are available and not sold out.

    February Star Rank Bonus promo for spending $175

    I received an email in February stating that if I spent $175 throughout the month I would receive a boost from 4 stars to 5. I spent the money and when I look at my rewards statement for February it even says 5 star reward boost but I am still at 4 stars.
    I noticed I am not the only one with this issue, as the star count was supposed to change today. Please let me know when this is going to be fixed. Thank you.

    There is currently an ongoing issue with the tracker for that offer that is causing it to not update properly. We are investigating the cause of his issue. Once we receive word that the issue is resolved, we will update this thread. Apologies for the confusion.

    Hello roberts666,

    The VIP boost to the extra star was an offer that ran in February. Since your purchase was in March, it did not qualify. Your Ghost Recon purchase only qualifies for the Simply Rewarding offer, which is currently running.

    Do Pre-orders count towards MyVip Now?

    No. Preorders are not eligible for VIP.
    I'm trying to understand why pre-orders are not eligible for vip. Is it because otherwise you would get rewarded twice, e.g. once for the vip star boost and once for the on demand pre-order punch card?

    The fact that it's not eligible for the star boost is a real downer for me. I would like to pre-order Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition in order to play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition straight away.

    As stated in the tracker and FAQ for that offer, the extra star was not awarded until March 7th. We see that you were selected for the one star boost, not the two star boost. You are now currently at the one star.
