    Oh and the other question was how do I confirm that the game I'm pre-ordering is the digital version? Is there a way to tell?

    Pre order punch card issue

    I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

    Since it takes up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, your purchase of Destiny 2 a few days ago has not yet been punched. However, we have determined an issue with your Madden purchase that has now been resolved, and you should see that punch

    Keep in mind it takes upto 48hours before punch cards are punched fyi as per the gamepass rewards

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that for that offer, punches should show about 96 hours after your purchase and the credits should show about 96 hours after the last punch shows.

    Sorry to sound bitter, but it's been a long time since the rewards program has seemed to focus on more than just a small target group.

    This whole punch card system sucks anyway. Maybe one day there will be a rewards program again for the common Xbox users.
