Reward points reset

Discus and support Reward points reset in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I was a star too 80% 2 Star 3 and I just went to check because I just bought a game to discover Knock Me Back Down 2 Star 2 0% it says lifetime...     Reward points reset


    I was a star too 80% 2 Star 3 and I just went to check because I just bought a game to discover Knock Me Back Down 2 Star 2 0% it says lifetime buying games but then why do I get reset in the beginning of the year it would seem almost pointless
    to spend so much money to get To Star 5 only to get reset don't forget almost $2,000 to get to star 5

    Problem with Xbox live rewards

    Xbox live account achievements were reset in 2013 now when I checked rewards points just recently, I didn't have any, I haven't been earning any rewards points, please help thankyou very much

    Experation of gems/rewards points/rewards percentage

    What in the rewards program expires and what does not. So do gems have an expectation date or a reset date. Same with cash back percentage stars and levels. Finnaly do rewards points reset or expire as well?

    Reward points reset

    Ranks reset each year (normally on September 1 but they extended it to January 1). It's just per the terms of the offer.
