reward points redemption not received

Good Afternoon,

my Gamertag is and I redeemed 5250 reward points toward a one month xbox live gold subscription yesterday 5/1/19 @ approx. 6-7pm est but at this point my status has not changed to Gold, please help

Hi Havoc,

You will go to your rewards dashboard. Then click on status. You can scroll down to redemption history and click that. It will show you all your recent rewards you redeemed.

thank you for responding, where would I find my rewards order history since I didn't receive an email

On the redeem page there's a link for Redemption History

They would have emailed you a code to redeem. If you didn't get the email you should be able access the code under the rewards order history or you would need to contact Microsoft
Rewards support.

You should receive the points about 14 days after the controller ships. If you don't receive them after that, you'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.
