Reward points not triggering

I've been having huge problems with Rewards points not triggering both for general and game specific goals.

I have tried everything to get them to work. Started multiple games, used the app while in a Game Pass game, finding specific requirements to meet game requirements. I did way more than 7 Fatalities on last weeks challenge and nothing. I've loaded six different
games and the "Play Three Games or Three Achievements won't trigger. I'm so close to the thousand for the month and I'm going to be really choked if I miss them because of a glitch.

The reward points are currently not working for a lot of users, best bet would be to hang tight and wait until there is a fix from Xbox.

Hello OI Jack Burton!

Im in the same boat as you, there are not working its the past two weeks, i thinks its because the problems due the high demmand of internet becasue the COVID-19. I hope they will fix it soon.

You can fill out a support ticket to the rewards team but just keep trying. I've had some luck with it off and on but they are definitely being hammered right now.

Unfortunately the GOTY edition is a different version of the game therefore wont trigger the reward points. You need to play the standard version.
