Reward points not showing

Discus and support Reward points not showing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I know on some it says it may take several days to show but none are showing for the 10000 points achievement either from multiple games from the list....     Reward points not showing


    I know on some it says it may take several days to show but none are showing for the 10000 points achievement either from multiple games from the list. Will they catch up? Dont want to lose them !

    I have'nt got any of my gamer points

    Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

    Sometimes it could take a while until they show up correctly. You just could wait one or two days. If there is no progress you should contact the support from the rewards program.

    they should be deposited on the 15th of this month

    The program will calculate your purchases at the end of the month. So the points will be given in January.

    Also, for any help with the Rewards program, you should post here -
