Discus and support Reward points not showing up in my account, only on-screen on my Xbox. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Xbox says I have 5025 points, Xbox Live Rewards says I have 0.     Reward points not showing up in my account, only on-screen on my Xbox.


    Xbox says I have 5025 points, Xbox Live Rewards says I have 0.

    How do I access the points?

    GOT MOVED HERE FOR NO POINTS ON REWARDS SIGNUP AND FOLLOW UP STUFF BUT I SEE SAME PERSON RESPONDING

    No the signup for xbox rewards was done on xbox dashboard from 2 seperate xboxes the surveys was done on the xbox rewards webpage and the automatic xbox gold renewal is done on its own but we suppose to get 10 points for each month as i said only my account
    has the problems with no points showing up for the 800 bonus sign up

    The number you see on the console is your gamerscore, not rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
