Reward points not getting deposited and cannot ask for deposit either.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit amount to be scheduled automatically for a deposit occurred at the beginning of the month, you will receive them in the end of month deposit cycle. Since you have been
automatically scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so the button has been removed.

You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

With Rewards points you wait till you get 15000 points when you do get it it is just deposited into your account no interaction needed

They don't deposit till you hit 15000 points

Only thing you can ask for is early deposit once you hit 15000 before the 15th of each month

There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.
