    I had 14400 reward points added to my rewards account on the 30/09/16, saying they would be added around the 15th, still nothing, when will they be added? thanks

    i applied for my 22000 reward points to be deposited a month ago and theyve still not been deposited what should i do and when will the points been deposited?

    Reward points not been deposited

    If those are your VIP rebates, they were actually added as pending on October 17. Rebates are just added with the last date of the month they are for. They should be deposited by the end of the month.
