    Reward points missing/Deposit Dates


    Hi since the 26/10/2015 I have Purchased the following games Rise of the Tomb Raider ,forza 6, gears of war and halo 5, Ihave received 6000 credits (for Tomb Raider) I thought I would receive 6000 for each title .As part of the promotion you were running
    .I contacted support they in turn have passed it onto yourselves with the following Refence number
    1320959051 my gamer tag is dav1968 any help would be appreciated

    Deposit date for credits has changed from 14/01/2016 to 28/01/2016 please explain as page wont let me take credits early a response to my 2 queries would be appreciated

    Reward points didn't deposit when they were supposed to.

    I requested a deposit of about 1800 reward points about a week before the next deposit date. That didn't happen and I really need those points ASAP.

    Hi there,

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and changed to Rewards credits.. If you signed up for the Rewards program after points were discontinued, then you would not have earned any points.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, and they would be deposited on the date listed
    on the site at the time that you request the deposit.

    I have 15,200 Credits that i would like redeemed!

    Credits are automatically deposited once you hit 5,000+ credits. If you got all 15,200 before February 1st, then they should deposit in the middle of this month (12th-15th). If you got over 5,000 points after February 1st then the rewards would not be deposited
    until the end of the month (26th-28th). There is no way to get rewards deposited sooner than the next deposit date.
