    The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships. If you don't receive the credits by then, post back.

    Hello Magiczz.

    Did you purchase the Xbox One S the promotional period? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.

    There could be a couple of reasons,

    firstly did you buy the points or was they rewards?

    reward point expire and are removed from your account.

    -

    secondly, one of your recent games is an EA game,are you sure your EA account is secure?

    EA`s website was hacked a while ago and many people`s accounts were accessed that had the same passwords for both accounts.
