Discus and support reward invoice error in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; have just moved back to the uk and the my rewards section says attention needed I've checked billing info and address both are on uk but I cannot get...   2. I haven't received my Pre-order offer of a $10 gift card/credit, Incident ticket 1336543402

    The 15000 points i got was from the reward offer. A separate offer was given through the Microsoft score which even shows in my purchase invoice as $10 dollar gife code offer
