Reward help #2 because 1st wasn't ANY use or help at all

So I made a post (which has now been locked by yourselves so i was unable to reply to your unhelpful post. I was asking fro my account to be checked as I do not believe I have been awards all the rewards i have been due over the years and have credits that
won't even move into the pending credits tab and I am therefore unable to claim them. In your first reply you told me I am a 0 Star VIP and am unable to receive a % back on my purchases yet I am a 1 Star VIP so it is quite obvious that no one actually looked
into the account. Plus the credits I was talking about that are pending are not in the 0-5000 that award automatically when reaches 5000, they are in the pre-pending section and are therefore not claimable at all.

Please take a look over my account and do not give me some generic "this is how rewards work" statement as it unhelpful and almost rude that you thought it was.

I simply asked for someone to check my xbox profile to check this and you reply with information that simply proves no one did.

achievements 4 frankenrewards

I had done the 5 achievements 4 the frankenrewards but had internet issues so my resident evil ones didn't register until the 1st of November I. had done them on October 31st, so because of that I'm not going to get the other 2 for completing everything.

Can you help me with this or let me know if I'm still going to get the other points which is 4000 for the achievements and 5000 4 the completion of all 4 thing's, it just seems unfair because of a issue that they didn't all register on the 31st.

I paid 35$ after being informed by support that my account was set up then went to claim the reward and it was not set up.

I wanted the free game reward event 30$ spending reward and yes, I did spend it on Fortnite which is free. Please fix.

 

I have clarified the issue with the pending credits and that's no longer an issue but still wondering why I've barely ever received any rewards/% back on purchases even after the changes to the reward scheme, despite having a vip rank.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Looking over your purchases, the overwhelming majority of your recent purchases were game consumables and pre-orders. These MyVIP eligibility requirements was mentioned in the previous post that you reference above.
