Reward for missions in the month of December.

Greetings.

Please correct me if I am mistaken, but I made the purchase of Titanfall 2 during the month of December. In my missions it was stated that I could earn bonus credits for doing so. From what I understand I should have won the reward of at least 5000 credits
in my account, but this has not happened yet. Can you help me with this question?

Free Pass - mission Xbox Live Rewards

I participate in the Xbox Live Rewards program.

In the december there was a mission named Free Pass.

To complete the mission you have to spend at least R$66,00 in a month on a free game.

I bought in-game on the december 11th 12.000 gold for R$99,00.

The reward was 2.000 Xbox Live Rewards credits.

I didn´t get the credits for that.

Can you please solve this?

 

December Mission Rewards

This has also happened to me. it appears to have been the future one that didn't register.

 

Titanfall would count towards the Present part of the Rewards Story offer. In order to receive the credits for that offer, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the Past and Future portions in order to complete the offer.
